Als SAP Keyuser (all gender) bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Fachabteilungen und unserer IT-Landschaft. Du sorgst dafür, dass SAP Business One und unser Dokumentenmanagementsystem ELO zuverlässig laufen, weiterentwickelt werden und von allen Kolleg/innen effizient genutzt werden können und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Digitalisierung von E-Lyte.

Deine Themenschwerpunkte

  • Als Super-User/Admin bist du erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Fachabteilungen bei Fragen, Störungen und Erweiterungswünschen rund um SAP Business One und ELO
  • Du erstellst SQL-Abfragen in der SAP-Datenbank zur Erstellung von Berichten und Layouts
  • Du führst neue E-Rechnungsformate ein und betreust sie
  • Du führst EBICS sowie die zugehörigen Schnittstellen ins SAP Business One ein und betreust sie
  • Du schulst unsere Anwender/innen, dokumentierst Prozesse und testest System-Updates, bevor sie produktiv gehen
  • Du bringst dich mit deinem Prozesswissen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft ein und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Team und der Geschäftsführung zusammen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im IT-Bereich abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP Business One oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System mit
  • Kenntnisse in SQL sind von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über eine hohe IT-Affinität und ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe
  • Du kommunizierst gerne mit unterschiedlichen Fachabteilungen und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich vermitteln
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt

Wir produzieren und entwickeln Elektrolytlösungen für moderne Energiespeichersysteme, wie die Lithium-Ionen-Batterie, Natrium-Ionen-Batterie oder Superkondensatoren. Wenn du jetzt schon weißt, worum es geht, optimal! Wenn nicht, ist das kein Hindernis für uns.
