En Empresarios Agrupados (EAG), grupo de ingeniería con más de 60 años de experiencia en el desarrollo de proyectos complejos a nivel internacional, buscamos incorporar un/a Responsable de Construcción de Ofertas EPC para reforzar nuestro equipo.

La persona seleccionada desempeñará un papel clave en la preparación de ofertas EPC para grandes proyectos industriales, colaborando estrechamente con el área Comercial, integrándose en el área de Construcción, y en colaboración con el resto de áreas ingeniería, aprovisionamientos, planificación para definir estrategias de ejecución competitivas y constructivamente viables, participando en la valoración económica de las misma.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Liderar y coordinar los alcances de construcción durante la fase de oferta de proyectos EPC, asegurando la calidad técnica de las propuestas, el cumplimiento de plazos y la optimización de costes.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Coordinar los aspectos de construcción durante la fase de preparación de ofertas EPC.
  • Actuar como enlace entre la Dirección Comercial y el área de Construcción.
  • Elaborar y revisar la documentación técnica de construcción requerida para las propuestas.
  • Identificar, evaluar y gestionar la base de datos de subcontratistas nacionales e internacionales.
  • Lanzar solicitudes de oferta y participar en reuniones de aclaración, análisis técnico y valoración económica de propuestas.
  • Realizar visitas a emplazamientos nacionales e internacionales durante la fase de oferta y elaborar los informes correspondientes.
  • Definir estrategias constructivas, instalaciones temporales y estimaciones de costes asociadas.
  • Apoyar la definición y preparación de paquetes de subcontratación para proyectos EPC.
  • Contará con el apoyo de los responsables de construcción de las disciplinas Civil, Mecánica, Eléctrica y Puesta en Marcha.

¿Qué buscamos?

Formación

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Civil o similar.
  • Se valorará por defecto su experiencia equivalente demostrable en funciones afines.

Experiencia

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en construcción de plantas industriales.
  • Al menos 3 años participando activamente en la preparación de ofertas EPC.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de subcontratistas y estimación de costes de construcción.
  • Conocimiento de proyectos industriales complejos y entornos internacionales.

Idiomas

  • Español: nivel profesional.
  • Inglés: mínimo B2 (se valorará nivel C1).

  • Planificación y gestión de plazos.
  • Negociación y relación con proveedores y contratistas.
