The posting

Empresarios Agrupados, compañía de referencia en ingeniería y gestión de proyectos industriales y energéticos, busca un/a Técnico/a Corporativo/a de HSE para apoyar proyectos EPC nacionales e internacionales y contribuir a la mejora continua del sistema corporativo de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.

La persona seleccionada colaborará con el Responsable HSE Corporativo y con equipos de Ingeniería, Compras, Construcción y Project Management para impulsar la excelencia operativa y la cultura preventiva.

Funciones

  • Desarrollar, revisar y actualizar procedimientos, estándares y documentación HSE.
  • Implantar criterios HSE en las fases de ingeniería, construcción, puesta en marcha y O&M.
  • Realizar seguimiento y análisis de KPIs HSE, elaborando informes y cuadros de mando.
  • Gestionar accidentes, incidentes, no conformidades y acciones correctivas.
  • Prestar soporte técnico HSE a los diferentes departamentos y equipos de obra.
  • Participar en la evaluación y seguimiento de contratistas y subcontratistas.
  • Realizar auditorías, inspecciones y visitas a proyectos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de requisitos legales, contractuales y corporativos.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua mediante herramientas, buenas prácticas y lecciones aprendidas.

Requisitos

Formación

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Energía, Civil, Química o similar.
  • Máster o formación superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
  • Valorable contar con las especialidades de Seguridad, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía/Psicosociología.
  • Valorable formación en sistemas de gestión, auditorías HSE e ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.
  • Se valorará formación adicional vinculada a construcción, energía o proyectos EPC.

Experiencia

  • Entre 5 y 8 años en funciones HSE, preferiblemente en proyectos EPC, industriales o energéticos.
  • Experiencia en obra y/o puesta en marcha.
  • Experiencia desarrollando procedimientos HSE y participando en auditorías e inspecciones.
  • Gestión y coordinación de contratistas y subcontratistas.
  • Conocimiento práctico de PRL, CAE y gestión preventiva en obra.
  • Seguimiento de indicadores y capacidad para trabajar en entornos multidisciplinares.

Herramientas e idiomas

  • Excel avanzado, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint y herramientas de gestión documental.
  • Español e inglés nivel mínimo B2.

Ubicación

📍 Madrid (Zona Quevedo).

🌍 Disponibilidad para desplazamientos periódicos a proyectos y obras.
