Job Description

Do you want to make a difference to the lives of young people and have experience working in a residential care setting? Then we are looking for a Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner to join our open home in Seaford.

If you are passionate and committed to working with adolescent children, build supportive and meaningful relationships, want to help them reach their full potential, develop and maximise their opportunities; then we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for applicants who have:

  • RQF Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or previously recognised level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare
  • Experience of supervising or managing staff and motivating staff successfully
  • Supervision of detailed risk assessments and care plans ensuring compliance
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-agency care team
  • Understanding of current Children’s homes regulations, Quality Standards 2015, Ofsted inspection framework and statutory Looked After Child guidance including the Care Planning, Placement and Case Review Regulations 2010
  • Experience of working with children and young people

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
