Easy Recruit is een betrokken en groeiende recruitmentorganisatie in Ede. Wij helpen bedrijven bij het vinden van de juiste mensen en zorgen voor de perfecte match tussen kandidaat en werkgever. Persoonlijk contact, enthousiasme en kwaliteit staan bij ons centraal.

Wat ga je doen?

Als werkstudent ondersteun je ons recruitmentteam bij verschillende werkzaamheden. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het zoeken en benaderen van potentiële kandidaten.
  • Het screenen van cv's en sollicitaties.
  • Het voeren van telefonische kennismakingsgesprekken.
  • Het ondersteunen bij het opstellen en publiceren van vacatures.
  • Het onderhouden van contact met kandidaten.
  • Het ondersteunen van recruiters bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Een hbo- of wo-studie volgt (richting HR, bedrijfskunde of communicatie is een pré).
  • Enthousiast, sociaal en communicatief vaardig is.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en initiatief durft te nemen.
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd te werk gaat.
  • Affiniteit heeft met recruitment en mensen.
  • Beschikbaar is voor ongeveer 8 tot 16 uur per week.
