Na Easy Star, buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência em locação por temporada (short stay) e domínio das principais plataformas do setor. Essa função é responsável por acompanhar de forma ativa e estruturada toda a jornada do hóspede, garantindo uma operação fluida, bem comunicada e alinhada com o padrão de qualidade da empresa.

O trabalho envolve atendimento direto ao hóspede, gestão de reservas, comunicação com proprietários, interação com a equipe de limpeza e manutenção, e registro de processos em sistemas internos. É essencial ter organização, postura profissional e visão sistêmica para manter a excelência nas entregas diárias.

- Apresentar sempre as melhores opções de reserva aos hóspedes e clientes

- Contatar clientes para preparação de check-in e atualização do sistema

- Ser o ponto de contato dos hóspedes durante a estadia, oferecendo suporte e atendimento personalizado

- Liberar acesso dos hóspedes nas portarias, garantindo uma entrada tranquila

- Elaborar a programação e acompanhar a execução das equipes de limpeza, assegurando a higienização dos ambientes

- Acompanhar a execução de serviços de manutenção preventiva e corretiva nas unidades, garantindo o perfeito estado das acomodações

- Efetuar o check-list de utensílios dos apartamentos para reposição, mantendo a qualidade dos serviços oferecidos

- Garantir a padronização dos serviços, visando a satisfação dos hóspedes

- Oferecer apoio operacional conforme a necessidade, colaborando para a eficiência das operações

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Experiência prévia com locação por temporada (short Stay)

• Conhecimento das plataformas: Stays, Booking, Airbnb, Expedia e Field Control

• Vivência com atendimento ao cliente e comunicação via WhatsApp e e-mail

• Boa escrita, organização, proatividade e senso de responsabilidade
