AGENTE DE RESERVAS:

O Agente de Reservas é o profissional responsável por gerenciar e coordenar todas as reservas de hóspedes em um hotel, garantindo uma experiência eficiente e agradável desde o primeiro contato. Este profissional atua como o principal ponto de comunicação entre o cliente e o hotel, oferecendo informações precisas sobre quartos, tarifas e serviços, além de lidar com solicitações, alterações e cancelamentos de maneira proativa e amigável. O Agente de Reservas desempenha um papel essencial na satisfação do cliente e na operação fluida da recepção.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atender e processar reservas de hóspedes por telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e plataformas online.
  • Fornecer informações precisas sobre quartos, tarifas e serviços do hotel.
  • Gerenciar alterações e cancelamentos de reservas de forma ágil e eficiente.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de recepção para garantir um check-in e check-out sem contratempos.
  • Atender solicitações e resolver problemas dos clientes de maneira proativa e cordial. Requisitos:
  • Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente no setor hoteleiro.
  • Conhecimento de idiomas adicionais será considerado um diferencial.
  • Excelente organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e manter desempenho sob pressão em um ambiente dinâmico.
