🚀 En Kruger buscamos Analista de Planificación y Análisis Financiero (FP&A) para impulsar >< transformando vidas.

Serás parte del equipo de Finanzas, donde tu misión será analizar, planificar y proyectar el desempeño financiero del negocio para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas de la organización. Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la optimización de recursos, la rentabilidad del negocio y la planificación financiera que impulsa el crecimiento de la compañía.

Tus principales desafíos

📊 Desarrollar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto anual y a los forecasts financieros, asegurando visibilidad clara sobre el desempeño del negocio.

📈 Analizar resultados financieros y generar reportes ejecutivos, proporcionando insights que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

🔍 Evaluar proyectos de inversión y analizar la rentabilidad del negocio, identificando oportunidades de mejora y optimización.

🤝 Trabajar en sinergia con distintas áreas de la organización, fortaleciendo la planificación financiera y el cumplimiento de los objetivos corporativos.

Hard Skills

• Formación en Finanzas, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad o carreras afines. • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en roles de análisis financiero, planificación financiera o control de gestión (FP&A). • Conocimiento en modelamiento financiero, elaboración de presupuestos, forecasts, análisis de rentabilidad y evaluación de proyectos. • Manejo de herramientas como Excel avanzado, Power BI y herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos. • Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado (deseable).
