🧑‍💻 Desarrollador/a Fullstack Senior Bilingüe - AI Enabled (Proyecto USA)

En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Full Stack Senior Bilingüe (Inglés B2/C1) con experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones escalables, arquitecturas cloud-native e integración de capacidades de Inteligencia Artificial.

Buscamos un profesional con 6+ años de experiencia, sólido dominio de Java y Spring/Spring Boot, experiencia en desarrollo frontend con React, servicios cloud sobre AWS y prácticas de DevOps, además de experiencia práctica integrando herramientas y soluciones basadas en IA.

💼 Principales responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones Full Stack escalables utilizando Java, Spring y Spring Boot en backend y React JS / Next JS en frontend.
  • Diseñar e implementar APIs REST y SOAP para integración con sistemas internos y externos.
  • Desarrollar soluciones basadas en microservicios y contenedores utilizando Docker.
  • Implementar y administrar componentes serverless con AWS Lambda y trabajar con servicios como ECS, DynamoDB, S3, SNS y SQS.
  • Automatizar infraestructura utilizando AWS CloudFormation (IaC).
  • Implementar y mantener pipelines CI/CD con Azure DevOps.
  • Integrar funcionalidades basadas en IA/ML, LLMs, chatbots y automatización inteligente dentro de aplicaciones.
  • Utilizar herramientas de desarrollo asistido por IA como Claude Code y GitHub Copilot para generación de código, debugging, refactoring y documentación.
  • Colaborar con equipos de Producto, QA, DevOps y Arquitectura para transformar requerimientos de negocio en soluciones técnicas.
  • Participar en revisiones de código, pruebas unitarias, resolución de incidencias y mejora continua.
  • Participar en ceremonias de Agile/Scrum.

🛠️ Requisitos técnicos

Backend

  • 6+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
  • Dominio de Java 11/17/21+.
  • Experiencia sólida con Spring Framework y Spring Boot.
  • Desarrollo y consumo de APIs REST y SOAP.
  • Experiencia con arquitectura de microservicios.

Frontend

  • Experiencia práctica con React JS.
  • Next JS es deseable.
  • Conocimientos de HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap y JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Conocimiento de diseño responsive.

☁️ Cloud & DevOps

  • Experiencia con AWS, especialmente Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, S3, SNS y SQS.
  • Experiencia con AWS CloudFormation.
  • Experiencia gestionando pipelines CI/CD con Azure DevOps.
  • Manejo de Docker.
  • Kubernetes es deseable.

🤖 Inteligencia Artificial

  • Experiencia práctica integrando IA/ML o herramientas potenciadas por IA en aplicaciones.
  • Experiencia con LLM APIs, chatbots o automatización inteligente.
  • Manejo de herramientas de desarrollo asistido por IA como Claude Code y GitHub Copilot, o similares.
  • Conocimientos de prompt engineering.
  • Es deseable experiencia con LangChain, bases de datos vectoriales o arquitecturas RAG.

🗄️ Otros conocimientos

  • Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías Agile/Scrum.
  • Excelentes habilidades de análisis, resolución de problemas y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Formación universitaria en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería o carreras afines, o experiencia práctica equivalente.
