En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos DevOps AWS para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Buscamos un especialista con visión integral de infraestructura cloud, automatización y continuidad operativa para liderar la arquitectura y despliegue de soluciones critical-mission. La posición se desempeñará en modalidad 100% remota con una dedicación full time, enfocada en asegurar altos estándares de seguridad y alta disponibilidad.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Definir, evolucionar y mantener la infraestructura como código (IaC) mediante Terraform y Terragrunt para garantizar entornos escalables y reproducibles en Prod, QA y Dev.
  • Construir e implementar pipelines de CI/CD automatizados en GitHub Actions y orquestar despliegues sin interrupción (blue/green) sobre AWS ECS Fargate.
  • Diseñar, configurar e implementar el plan de recuperación ante desastres (DRP) cross-region e integrar esquemas de observabilidad avanzada con CloudWatch y X-Ray.
  • Modelar la arquitectura de componentes y estimación de costos/licenciamiento garantizando la continuidad del servicio y la sostenibilidad financiera con proyección a 5 años.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Experiencia: Más de 5 años de trayectoria comprobable en roles Senior de DevOps, SysOps o Cloud Architecture.
  • Educación: Título profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software o carreras afines (Excluyente).
  • Ecosistema AWS & Contenedores: Dominio de AWS (ECS Fargate, Aurora, CloudWatch, X-Ray), AWS CLI y Docker.
  • IaC & CI/CD: Sólida experiencia práctica con Terraform, Terragrunt y creación de pipelines en GitHub Actions.
  • Alta Disponibilidad & DRP: Experiencia diseñando e implementando arquitecturas cross-region, DRP y despliegues blue/green.
  • Conocimiento Sectorial: Comprensión de requerimientos de infraestructura y comunicaciones en entornos del sector financiero/bancario.

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para asumir la toma de decisiones técnicas complejas e impulsar mejoras en la infraestructura sin supervisión directa.
  • Resolución de Incidentes bajo Presión: Calma operativa y criterio analítico para mitigar eventos críticos y asegurar la continuidad operativa de la plataforma.
  • Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad para coordinar estrategias de forma fluida con los equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura y ciberseguridad.
