Funciones:

Diseñar, implementar y supervisar estrategias financieras que optimicen la rentabilidad y fortalezcan la posición económica de la empresa. 📊 Analizar y presentar informes financieros y ejecutivos a la alta dirección y juntas corporativas, proporcionando información clave para la toma de decisiones estratégicas. 🤝 Liderar procesos de compra, fusión o adquisición de empresas, incluyendo la valoración financiera, el análisis de riesgos y la integración operativa posterior. 🌎 Coordinar y gestionar relaciones con fiscalías y entidades regulatorias internacionales, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas legales, fiscales y contables en los distintos países donde opera la organización. 💵 Supervisar la planificación presupuestal, el control del flujo de efectivo y la gestión de inversiones. 🏦 Dirigir las relaciones con instituciones financieras, inversionistas y auditores externos, fortaleciendo la confianza y transparencia institucional. ⚖️ Evaluar riesgos financieros y desarrollar estrategias de mitigación efectivas. 🚀 Liderar equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios, promoviendo la eficiencia, la mejora continua y el desarrollo profesional del talento humano a su cargo.

📢Experiencia en impuestos internacionales.

🔍Valoración y gestión de reportes al directorio.

🎓 Formación académica:

🎯 Título profesional en Finanzas, Economía, Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines. 🎓 Estudios de posgrado o maestría en Finanzas Corporativas, Administración (MBA), Dirección Empresarial o similares (deseable). 📚 Certificaciones complementarias en NIIF/IFRS, gestión de riesgos, planeación financiera o fusiones y adquisiciones serán valoradas.

💼 Experiencia laboral:

⏱️ Mínimo 5 años en cargos directivos o de alta responsabilidad en el área financiera. 📈 Experiencia comprobable en procesos de compra, fusión o adquisición de empresas, incluyendo valoración financiera y análisis de riesgos. 🌐 Conocimiento y manejo de procesos con fiscalías o entidades regulatorias internacionales. 📊 Experiencia en la elaboración y presentación de informes ejecutivos y financieros ante juntas directivas y organismos de control. 💰 Experiencia en planeación presupuestal, tesorería, auditoría interna, control de costos y gestión tributaria.
