En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Especialista Oracle WebLogic para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Como Especialista Oracle WebLogic, serás el referente técnico en la administración, instalación, configuración y afinamiento de dominios y servidores WebLogic en un esquema de trabajo remoto, con disponibilidad para viajar a Costa Rica según la demanda de los proyectos.

  1. Tus principales desafíos: Administrar, instalar, configurar y optimizar arquitecturas y dominios de Oracle WebLogic (versión 11g o superior). Integrar de manera fluida y segura el middleware WebLogic con componentes aplicables del ecosistema Oracle. Liderar la atención y resolución de incidentes técnicos de alta complejidad de acuerdo con las ventanas de servicio y guardias rotativas (disponibilidad 7x24x365 según rol). Registrar evidencias, gestionar actividades técnicas y asegurar el estricto cumplimiento de procedimientos internos del cliente. Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes): Bachillerato universitario completo en Ciencias de la Computación (título certificado). Experiencia técnica de mínimo 1 proyecto en los últimos 2 años administrando e instalando Oracle WebLogic 11g o superior. Certificación Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Administrator Certified Associate (o superior) vigente y verificable en línea. Certificación vigente en Scrum (SFC, SMC, etc.) y DevOps (DevOps Foundation o superior). Power Skills: Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Capacidad para operar de manera ágil ante diferentes necesidades de integración y middleware en ecosistemas de gran tamaño. Proactividad y Autonomía: Liderazgo técnico para diagnosticar y resolver de raíz los fallos en la capa del servidor de aplicaciones. Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad para estructurar reportes de fallas y mantener alineados a los equipos de desarrollo y operaciones. Highlights: Proyectos globales de alto impacto. Remoto (con opción de movilización a Costa Rica según necesidades del proyecto), acompañamiento 1:1 de HRBP y desafíos técnicos de alta complejidad. Cultura de alto rendimiento e innovación.
