Propósito del cargo

Liderar la estrategia financiera integral de Kruger Corp, asegurando la sostenibilidad, rentabilidad y crecimiento del grupo a nivel local e internacional. El Head Financiero será un socio estratégico del Presidente Ejecutivo y del Directorio, con un rol clave en procesos de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A), estructuración corporativa internacional, fiscalidad global y expansión del negocio en entornos multinacionales y de alto crecimiento.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia financiera corporativa alineada a los objetivos de crecimiento, expansión internacional y creación de valor del grupo.
  • Liderar procesos de fusiones, adquisiciones y desinversiones (M&A): análisis estratégico, valuaciones, due diligence financiera, estructuración de transacciones y acompañamiento en la integración post-adquisición.
  • Diseñar y optimizar estructuras financieras, legales y tributarias a nivel internacional, asegurando eficiencia fiscal y cumplimiento normativo en los países donde opera Kruger Corp.
  • Supervisar la planificación financiera, presupuestaria y de cash flow del grupo, garantizando liquidez, solvencia y uso eficiente del capital.
  • Gestionar la relación con inversionistas, entidades financieras, auditores externos y asesores estratégicos nacionales e internacionales.
  • Presentar información financiera, análisis de riesgos y reportes ejecutivos al Presidente y al Directorio de la corporación para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Liderar la gestión de riesgos financieros, cambiarios, fiscales y regulatorios, implementando planes de mitigación efectivos.
  • Dirigir y desarrollar equipos financieros multiculturales y distribuidos geográficamente, fomentando una cultura de alto desempeño, ética y mejora continua.
  • Acompañar activamente la estrategia de crecimiento orgánico e inorgánico del grupo, evaluando oportunidades de inversión y expansión en nuevos mercados.

Formación académica

  • Título de tercer nivel en Finanzas, Economía, Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Maestría o posgrado en Finanzas Corporativas, MBA, Dirección Empresarial o similares (altamente deseable).
  • Certificaciones o formación especializada en M&A, valoración de empresas, fiscalidad internacional, IFRS/NIIF o gestión de riesgos serán valoradas.

Experiencia requerida

  • Experiencia mínima de 8 a 10 años en posiciones financieras de alta dirección (Controller Financiero, CFO, Director Financiero, Finance Lead Regional o similares).
  • Experiencia comprobada liderando procesos de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A) en entornos corporativos o multinacionales.
  • Sólido conocimiento en estructuración financiera y fiscal internacional, optimización tributaria y cumplimiento regulatorio multijurisdiccional.
  • Experiencia operando en empresas de crecimiento acelerado, grupos empresariales o compañías con presencia internacional.
  • Trayectoria en liderazgo de equipos financieros senior y gestión del cambio organizacional.

Idiomas y movilidad

  • Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y movilizarse al exterior de manera recurrente.
