En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos AI Engineer para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Buscamos un AI Engineer enfocado en la implementación y entrega de soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial en entornos de producción. Trabajarás construyendo aplicaciones conversacionales y agentistas conectadas con LLMs, sistemas de recuperación y servicios backend. Modalidad Híbrida en Houston, TX (Contrato por 6 meses).

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Construir e integrar aplicaciones basadas en IA utilizando APIs de LLMs, arquitecturas agentistas y pipelines de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) sobre bases de datos vectoriales.
  • Desarrollar flujos de trabajo agentistas y razonamiento multi-paso orientados a casos de negocio concretos.
  • Optimizar la precisión, confiabilidad y latencia de los modelos, implementando guardrails para mitigar alucinaciones y mejorar la calidad de las respuestas.
  • Monitorear, solucionar problemas y garantizar la estabilidad operativa de las funciones de IA desplegadas en producción.
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto e ingeniería para integrar capacidades de IA en microservicios y sistemas backend existentes.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Experiencia sólida en ingeniería de software entregando sistemas en producción.
  • Experiencia práctica construyendo aplicaciones agentistas o chatbots integrados con LLMs.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones agentistas con Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
  • Dominio fluido de Python u otro lenguaje de programación backend comparable.
  • Manejo de APIs, microservicios, sistemas distribuidos y bases de datos vectoriales (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
  • Competencia en diseño y evaluación de prompts (prompt engineering).

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente en entornos de ritmo acelerado.
  • Trabajo Colaborativo: Habilidad para alinearse con PMs y equipos de ingeniería multifuncionales.
  • Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Flexibilidad para iterar soluciones frente a requerimientos dinámicos en producción.
