🚀 En Rekluti (Kruger Corp) buscamos Project Manager para impulsar la excelencia operativa y la entrega continua de valor tecnológico, transformando vidas.

Serás parte del equipo de Kruger Costa Rica donde tu misión será gestionar adecuadamente todas las áreas del conocimiento que dicta el PMBOK para cumplir con las metas establecidas en cada proyecto del territorio asignado.

Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la rentabilidad de los proyectos de TI, la optimización financiera del portafolio y el éxito en la entrega de soluciones a escala internacional para nuestros clientes de gran nivel.

Tus principales desafíos

  • Gobernar el ciclo de vida integral de los proyectos asignados, gestionando el alcance acotado, cronogramas, análisis de costos, planes de calidad, control de riesgos y comunicaciones efectivas bajo los estándares del PMBOK y metodologías tradicionales/ágiles.
  • Asegurar una recepción impecable y oportuna de iniciativas nuevas, coordinando de forma activa con el equipo comercial para verificar que se realice la entrega de requerimientos necesaria antes del arranque técnico. Garantizar la visibilidad operativa y la salud del portafolio, consolidando y entregando las métricas definidas en tiempo y forma a los Portafolios, a la Coordinación de Portafolio de Proyectos y a la Gerencia de Operaciones.
  • Detectar y gestionar proactivamente nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de los diferentes clientes, trabajando en sinergia con el equipo comercial y los líderes de portafolio para impulsar el crecimiento continuo.
  • Mitigar y escalar impedimentos críticos que superen tu gestión diaria, coordinando soluciones con portafolio o interactuando con THC cuando se requiera dar feedbacks de alineación a miembros del equipo de trabajo.

Hard Skills:

  • Formación en: Ingeniería en Sistemas o carreras tecnológicas afines, con bases sólidas en Gestión de Proyectos Tradicionales y Ágiles. Experiencia de: Más de 3 años de trayectoria en el cargo administrando proyectos de TI (altamente deseable experiencia manejando equipos multidisciplinarios de más de 10 personas y presupuestos de alta escala).
  • Conocimiento o certificaciones: Certificación internacional vigente PMP (Project Management Professional) o Scrum Master. Conocimientos en planificación estratégica y gestión/manejo de presupuestos.
  • Manejo de herramientas como: MS Project, Jira, herramientas de control de productividad (TimeDoctor) y plataformas de comunicación colaborativa corporativa (Kore).
  • Nivel de inglés: Conversacional avanzado (Excluyente para la correcta interacción y gestión con equipos locales o distribuidos en diferentes zonas horarias).
