Ebro foods Belgium behoort tot het Spaanse Ebro Foods, een wereldspeler die actief is in rijst, granen en pasta. Vanuit de vestigingen in Merksem en Schoten staat Ebro foods Belgium in voor de productie en de commercialisatie van het Belgische merk Bosto.

Ebro foods reinigt, slijpt en verpakt rijst voor de vele merken van onze groep (o.a. BOSTO) private labels van supermarkten en levert daarnaast ook aan de industrie (o.a. maaltijdproducenten). Uit een waaier van origines wordt de rijst uiteindelijk in consumentenverpakking, maar ook in zakken en bulkwagens geleverd. Dit in een kwaliteitscultuur van continue verbetering en samenwerking met onze klanten.

Ervaren Controller BE

Bij Ebro Foods zorgt de Controller BE voor financiële stabiliteit en groei van de organisatie door strategische planning en controle. De Controller BE is verantwoordelijk voor het mede-ontwikkelen en implementeren van financiële en accounting strategieën om de financiële prestaties van de organisatie te verbeteren en te optimaliseren.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Mede-ontwikkelen en implementeren van financiële en accounting strategieën en plannen om de financiële prestaties van de organisatie te verbeteren en te optimaliseren.
  • Analyseren en rapporteren van financiële gegevens om de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie te evalueren en potentiële risico's en kansen te identificeren.
  • Monitoren en beheren van de financiële prestaties van de organisatie om ervoor te zorgen dat deze voldoen aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en -vereisten.
  • Ondersteunen en adviseren van het management en andere afdelingen bij financiële en accounting vraagstukken en beslissingen.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van interne controleprocedures om de nauwkeurigheid en integriteit van financiële gegevens te waarborgen.
  • Beheren van de financiële planning en forecasting/budgetting processen van de organisatie.
  • Opstellen van financiële rapportages voor interne en externe belanghebbenden, zoals het management, aandeelhouders, auditors en de overheid.
  • Toezien dat de boekhouding correct en volledig is op maandeinde.
  • Garanderen dat er maandelijks een juiste cut-off is en dat de cijfers een representatief beeld geven van de maandprestaties.

Basisvereisten

  • Master diploma in Accounting, Finance of Bedrijfskunde.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in financiële controlling of soortgelijk en bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van boekhouding (sterke basiskennis vereist), financiële rapportage en interne controles.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van SAP is aanbevolen.
  • Competenties: analyse- en beoordelingsvermogen, oplossingsgericht, discretie, flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid, kritisch denken, cijfervaardig en nauwkeurigheid.
