The posting

Ebro foods Belgium behoort tot het Spaanse Ebro Foods, een wereldspeler die actief is in rijst, granen en pasta. Vanuit de vestigingen in Merksem en Schoten staat Ebro foods Belgium in voor de productie en de commercialisatie van het Belgische merk Bosto.

Ebro foods reinigt, slijpt en verpakt rijst voor de vele merken van onze groep (o.a. BOSTO) private labels van supermarkten en levert daarnaast ook aan de industrie (o.a. maaltijdproducenten). Uit een waaier van origines wordt de rijst uiteindelijk in consumentenverpakking, maar ook in zakken en bulkwagens geleverd. Dit in een kwaliteitscultuur van continue verbetering en samenwerking met onze klanten.

Voor de uitbreiding van onze Finance afdeling, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega. Klaar om een nieuwe uitdaging aan te gaan? Dan ben jij wie we zoeken.

Het takenpakket:

Onder directe begeleiding van de Accounting Manager en indirecte begeleiding van de Finance Manager zal jij o.a. verantwoordelijk zijn voor

  • Debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer
  • Verkoopfacturatie
  • Maandelijkse intercompany reconciliaties tussen de verschillende (internationale) groepsentiteiten
  • Intrastat, IC en BTW-aangiftes, en andere diverse statistieken van de verschillende vennootschappen (Belgische en internationale)
  • Maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluiting (provisies, voorraad, afschrijvingen,…)
  • Voorbereiden van de groepsrapportering
  • Budgeting en forecasting
  • Controle en nazicht van de purchase orders in het ERP Systeem (SAP)
  • Cost accounting + Voorraad- en artikelbeheer
  • Voorbereiden van jaarrekening en aangifte vennootschapsbelasting
  • CAPEX opvolgen & beheren
  • IFRS16 voor leasings beheren
  • Loonverwerking & reconciliatie
  • Balansen opvolgen

Wie zoeken wij?

Een competente, gemotiveerde en dynamische young potential met de wil om ownership op te nemen binnen een nieuwe uitdaging.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of master diploma in accountancy, fiscaliteit of een andere economische richting
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als GL accountant
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Microsoft office Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Engels
  • Ervaring met SAP is een plus
