Als Maintenance Technician speel je een belangrijke rol in het betrouwbaar en veilig functioneren van onze productie-installaties. Je komt terecht in een industriële productieomgeving waar techniek, samenwerking en continu verbeteren centraal staan.

Jouw rol

Als Maintenance Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van ons volledige machinepark en de technische installaties binnen onze productieomgeving.

Je zorgt ervoor dat technische storingen snel en efficiënt worden opgelost, zodat onze productieprocessen zo vlot mogelijk blijven verlopen. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van onze installaties.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Technische storingen aan onze productie-installaties analyseert en oplost, met een sterke focus op mechanica.
  • Preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoert, zoals het smeren, afstellen, herstellen en vervangen van mechanische onderdelen.
  • Samenwerkt met operatoren en collega's om productiestilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Actief meewerkt aan technische verbeteringen, optimalisaties en automatiseringsprojecten.
  • Slijtage en terugkerende defecten tijdig signaleert en voorstellen doet om deze structureel aan te pakken.
  • Externe techniekers en onderaannemers begeleidt bij onderhoudswerken en technische keuringen.
  • Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, gebruikte onderdelen en interventies correct registreert in ons onderhoudssysteem.
  • Veiligheids-, hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften nauwgezet naleeft.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken een praktisch ingestelde technieker die zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag deel uitmaakt van een team.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (A2) in mechanica, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare richting, of je hebt gelijkwaardige technische ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van mechanisch onderhoud en bent vertrouwd met onderdelen zoals lagers, assen, kettingen en aandrijvingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opsporen en oplossen van technische storingen.
  • Basiskennis elektriciteit is een must.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk technisch inzicht.
  • Je blijft rustig en handelt doelgericht wanneer zich onverwachte storingen voordoen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en communiceert vlot met collega's.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Een heftruckattest is een extra troef.
