Through our online auction platform, we offer over 15.000 vehicles per week, sourced from leading fleet owners, leasing and rental companies, as well as banks and dealerships. Over the last 3 years we have achieved a 45% YoY profitable growth, building a leading market position in Europe. As we enter our next growth phase, we are seeking a data-driven Auctions & Pricing Manager to optimize our core engine: the balance between vehicle acquisition costs, auction pricing, and final sale realization.

The Role We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Operations Officer to join our growing international team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, working according to clear procedures, and being in constant contact with drivers, clients and colleagues. You are someone who likes structure, pays attention to the small details and enjoys working in a fast-moving operational environment. For this role, we are looking for someone who:

LanguagesAs this is an international role with regular contact across different markets, we are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating in both English and Russian. Knowledge of an additional language, especially French, is a welcome plus. As an Administrative Operations Officer, you will play an important role in the day-to-day coordination and administration of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and checking CMR and transport documentation
  • Ensuring all documents and operational data are complete, accurate and processed on time
  • Following established procedures and internal processes
  • Maintaining regular communication with drivers, clients and internal teams
  • Following up proactively when information or documentation is missing
  • Helping resolve day-to-day operational issues in a professional and customer-oriented manner
  • Working closely with your colleagues and contributing to a strong team spirit
  • Taking initiative and suggesting improvements when you see a better or more efficient way of working
