【岗位职责】 ● 负责 C 端产品（主要 App，也涉及 Web 端）的体验设计，独立完成从需求分析、交互原型到高保真 ● 和产品、运营一起做前期规划和需求分析，让设计带来实际的用户增长和交易转化 ● 用 AI 编程工具（vibe coding）把设计做成前端代码，配合研发完成上线 ● 对自己负责的功能持续跟踪，根据上线数据和用户反馈持续迭代 ● 参与公司设计系统、设计规范，以及 AI Coding 相关设计规则的建设

【任职要求】 ● 3 年以上 C 端产品体验设计经验，有 App / Web 端项目从需求做到上线的完整经历 ● 能独立完成需求分析、交互原型到高保真，作品集里能看出设计判断，而不只是把界面做好看 ● 熟练用主流设计工具，PC 和移动端设计规范扎实，审美和视觉表现力在线，关注设计趋势 ● 平时就在用 AI 编程工具（Cursor / Claude Code 等）把设计做成前端代码 ● 有产品思维，能从用户和业务角度想需求；关注上线数据，用数据验证设计、推动迭代
