Für unser Team bei Echte Mamas suchen wir eine Redakteur, der Content kanalübergreifend denkt, redaktionelle Themen und Projekte eigenständig vorantreibt und unsere Marke mit neuen Ideen weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du verfasst, redigierst und konzipierst Content für unser Online-Magazin und unsere Social-Media-Kanäle – von Facebook bis WhatsApp.
  • Du spürst relevante Themen und Trends auf, die Mamas und Familien bewegen, und entwickelst daraus kanalübergreifende Kampagnen.
  • Du analysierst Content und KPIs, leitest daraus Learnings ab und präsentierst deine Ergebnisse sicher im Team.
  • Du hast unsere Community im Blick, unterstützt aktiv im Community-Management und weißt, was unsere User bewegt.
  • Du führst Interviews, begleitest Produktionen und entwickelst Social-First-Content mit.
  • Du bringst Themen, Trends und News auf den Punkt und weißt, worüber Eltern gerade sprechen.
  • Du entwickelst redaktionelle und strategische Ideen – etwa für SEO, Content-Optimierung und Social Planning – und bist Sparringspartner für Junior-Redakteur:innen,
  • Du steuerst Budgets und Sponsorings und behältst dabei relevante KPIs stets im Blick.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast 4–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im redaktionellen Bereich, Online-Journalismus oder Content Creation.
  • Du hast eine starke Affinität für Social Media, digitale Trends sowie Lifestyle- und Familienthemen und entwickelst gern neue Formate.
  • Du bringst nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Online-Magazinen, Communities und Werbekooperationen mit.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Meta Business Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Monday, Canva und WhatsApp.
  • Du kannst Daten und KPIs sicher einordnen, daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten und deine Erkenntnisse überzeugend im Team präsentieren.
  • Du gestaltest unser Online-Magazin sowie unsere Social-Media-Kanäle aktiv mit und entwickelst unsere Community kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert und bringst proaktiv eigene Ideen ein.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, offen und teamorientiert, übernimmst Verantwortung und hast Spaß daran, Dinge voranzutreiben.
