Du begeisterst Marken für kreative Kommunikationslösungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen Kampagnen, die Familien wirklich erreichen. Als Sales Manager (Senior) übernimmst du Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales-Prozess - von der ersten Idee über die strategische Kundenberatung bis zum erfolgreichen Kampagnenabschluss.

Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Teams aus Content Marketing, Influencer Management und Projektmanagement zusammen und entwickelst individuelle Multichannel-Kampagnen über die gesamte Markenwelt von Echte Mamas hinweg. Mit deinem Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse, Trends und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten trägst du aktiv zum weiteren Wachstum unseres Unternehmens bei.

Deine Aufgaben

Sales & Kundenberatung

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und strategische Beratung von Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung sowie nachhaltiger Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Entwicklung individueller Kommunikations- und Vermarktungskonzepte auf Basis von Kundenbriefings
  • Erstellung, Präsentation und Verhandlung von Angeboten sowie Begleitung bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales-Prozess – von der Akquise bis zum Kampagnenstart

Kampagnenentwicklung

  • Entwicklung kreativer und zielgerichteter Multichannel-Kampagnen über unsere Kanäle hinweg (Website, Social Media, Podcast, Newsletter, Influencer Marketing, Produkttests und Events)
  • Entwicklung neuer Vermarktungsansätze und innovativer Werbeformate gemeinsam mit den internen Teams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Content Marketing, Influencer Management und Projektmanagement für eine erfolgreiche Kampagnenumsetzung

Netzwerk & Unternehmensrepräsentation

  • Repräsentation von Echte Mamas auf Kundenterminen, Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks aus Marken, Agenturen und Partnern
  • Beobachtung von Markt-, Medien- und Social-Media-Trends sowie Ableitung neuer Vermarktungspotenziale

Dein Profil

Fachliche Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, Key Account Management oder einer vergleichbaren Vertriebsfunktion
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Vermarktung digitaler Kommunikationslösungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Media-KPIs sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Präsentation überzeugender Kundenkonzepte

  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, überzeugst durch sicheres Auftreten und hast Freude daran, neue Kunden zu gewinnen.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, erkennst Chancen und entwickelst daraus erfolgreiche Vermarktungsideen.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du bringst Verhandlungsgeschick, Organisationstalent und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
  • Du hast Freude an Teamarbeit und schätzt den engen Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen.
