Unterrichtserfahrung ist kein Muss: Wir ermöglichen Ihnen den Quereinstieg als Dozent und unterstützen Sie bei Ihrer neuen Aufgabe. Ihre Einsätze stimmen wir flexibel mit Ihnen ab – auf freiberuflicher Basis oder im Minijob.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Praxisnaher Unterricht im Mauerwerksbau – von handwerklichen Grundlagen bis zur praktischen Umsetzung
  • Anleitung der Teilnehmenden bei praktischen Übungen und Werkstattarbeiten
  • Vermittlung von Fachwissen, Arbeitstechniken und sicherem Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Materialien
  • Begleitung und Vorbereitung der Teilnehmenden auf ihren Berufsabschluss

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bauhandwerk
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse aus der Praxis
  • Meistertitel oder Ausbildereignung (AEVO) von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Freude daran, Ihr Fachwissen verständlich und praxisnah weiterzugeben
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und ein wertschätzender Umgang
