Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig, verantwortungsvoll und nah am Menschen

  • Ansprechperson für Dozent:innen, Teilnehmende und die Standortleitung: Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle Beteiligten und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Organisation von Lehrgängen: Du unterstützt bei der Planung von Dozent:innen und Räumen und behältst dabei stets den Überblick
  • Repräsentation der Eckert Schulen: Du hilfst dabei, unsere Bildungsangebote im Rahmen von Informationsveranstaltungen vorzustellen
  • Unterstützung der Standortleitung: Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft und trägst dazu bei, dass der Standort gut organisiert ist
  • Allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben: Du erledigst administrative Tätigkeiten gewissenhaft und unterstützt das Team im Büroalltag

Das solltest Du mitbringen – und Lust drauf haben

  • Du bist immatrikuliert: Am besten in einem Studium mit pädagogischem oder kaufmännischem Hintergrund – oder etwas Vergleichbarem
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und zuverlässig: Struktur, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Begeisterung für Organisation zeichnen dich aus
  • Du bist serviceorientiert: Der Kontakt mit Menschen macht dir Spaß und du möchtest Teilnehmende bestmöglich begleiten
  • Du möchtest neben dem Studium regelmäßig arbeiten: Im Umfang von ca. 2–3 Tagen pro Woche (Montag - Samstag) flexibel im Rahmen eines Gleitzeitmodells
