The posting

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes achats, nous recherchons un(e) Acheteur Production Mécanique H/F afin de piloter un portefeuille stratégique de fournisseurs spécialisés en tôlerie, usinage et pièces mécaniques sur plan.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Achats, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la définition et le déploiement de la stratégie achats tout en garantissant la performance économique, industrielle et contractuelle de votre portefeuille.

Vous intervenez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Bureau d'Études, Production, Qualité, Supply Chain et Programmes dans un environnement technique exigeant.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie achats de votre portefeuille fournisseurs.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre les leviers de réduction des coûts et de maîtrise des risques.
  • Sécuriser les approvisionnements et garantir la continuité de la chaîne fournisseurs.
  • Rationaliser et optimiser le panel fournisseurs.
  • Réaliser les analyses de valeur sur les produits achetés.
  • Préparer, lancer et piloter les appels d'offres et consultations.
  • Négocier les conditions commerciales, techniques et contractuelles.
  • Mettre en place et suivre les contrats-cadres.
  • Participer aux revues projets et accompagner les équipes techniques dans les choix industriels.
  • Prendre en charge les demandes d'achats et suivre les commandes en cours.
  • Gérer les non-conformités, les litiges fournisseurs, les écarts de facturation et les écarts de prix standards.
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs achats et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs qualité, coûts et délais.
  • Réaliser les reportings d'activité et assurer la traçabilité des actions menées.

Profil

De formation Bac+5 en Achats, École de Commerce, Ingénierie ou formation équivalente.

  • 10 ans d'expérience minimum dans les achats industriels.
  • Expertise des achats de produits techniques mécaniques.
  • Expérience significative dans les achats de pièces mécaniques sur plan, tôlerie, mécano-soudure, usinage ou ensembles mécaniques.
  • Forte appétence pour les environnements techniques et industriels.
  • Capacité à comprendre les enjeux produits et à échanger avec les équipes Bureau d'Études.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de négociation fournisseurs et des stratégies achats.
  • Bonnes connaissances juridiques et contractuelles.
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office et d'un ERP achats.
  • Anglais professionnel.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
