The posting

Rattaché à la Direction des Affaires Financières, vous assurez le suivi complet, l’analyse des comptes et contrôlez leur cohérence.

Vos missions sont :

  • Saisie et enregistrement comptables (clients, fournisseurs, frais généraux, frais collaborateurs, banque…),
  • Suivi des factures clients : saisie, encaissements, lettrages,
  • Suivi fournisseurs : saisie, lettrages, préparation des règlements,
  • Suivi trésorerie : saisie du relevé bancaire, rapprochements bancaires,
  • Suivi des immobilisations : création de fiches d’immobilisation, amortissements…,
  • Lancement des ordres de paiement (clients, fournisseurs, frais généraux, frais collaborateurs, banque…),
  • Social : saisie de l’OD de paie, cadrage social,
  • Clôture mensuelle : écritures de Cut-off.

Profil

De formation supérieure (Bac+3, Bac+5) en comptabilité (DCG, DSCG), vous avez une expérience de 1 à 3 ans réussie, idéalement dans l'environnement des ESN ou de la prestation de service.

Ayant une bonne connaissance de la comptabilité générale et analytique, vous travaillez en autonomie, garant(e) du respect des délais et de la qualité des comptes.

Connaissances techniques : AS400 (Anaël) outils bureautiques (Microsoft Office avec une bonne maîtrise d’Excel), ERP : SX (Everwin).

Impliqué, rigoureux, votre sens de l'organisation, de la gestion des priorités, votre capacité d'adaptation et votre sens du service client interne sont des atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.
