The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur automobile, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé d'Approvisionnement et Achats Techniques H/F capable d'assurer la gestion des approvisionnements de pièces prototypes, le pilotage des consultations fournisseurs et le suivi des prestations nécessaires à l'avancement des projets de développement.

Rattaché(e) aux équipes Projet et Achats, vous intervenez en interface avec les équipes d'ingénierie, les fournisseurs et les partenaires industriels afin de garantir la disponibilité des pièces et prestations dans le respect des exigences de qualité, coûts et délais.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Analyser les besoins des équipes projets en pièces prototypes et prestations techniques.
  • Préparer et piloter les consultations fournisseurs.
  • Assurer la sélection et le suivi des fournisseurs en lien avec les exigences projet.
  • Passer et suivre les commandes jusqu'à leur complète réalisation.
  • Piloter les approvisionnements de pièces et prestations d'ingénierie.
  • Assurer le suivi des livraisons et mettre en place les actions nécessaires en cas de retard.
  • Réaliser les relances fournisseurs et garantir le respect des échéances.
  • Maintenir à jour les indicateurs de suivi et les alertes associées.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les équipes techniques, achats et fournisseurs.
  • Participer à la capitalisation des retours d'expérience et à l'amélioration des processus.
  • Négocier les meilleures conditions d'achats tout en garantissant les objectifs de coûts, qualité et délais.
  • Assurer une veille permanente sur les solutions techniques et les partenaires susceptibles de répondre aux besoins des projets.

Profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+3 à Bac+5 en achats, logistique, supply chain, gestion industrielle, mécanique ou équivalent.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 à 5 ans minimum dans les achats techniques, les approvisionnements industriels ou la gestion fournisseurs, idéalement acquise dans le secteur automobile ou au sein d'un environnement industriel exigeant.

Vous possédez idéalement des compétences en :

  • Achats techniques et industriels.
  • Gestion des approvisionnements.
  • Relation et suivi fournisseurs.
  • Analyse des besoins et gestion des consultations.
  • Suivi des commandes et des livraisons.
  • Pilotage des délais et gestion des priorités.
  • Outils ERP, supply chain ou achats.

Une connaissance des environnements automobile, prototypes, développement produit ou ingénierie constitue un véritable atout.

Reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre réactivité et votre capacité à travailler avec de multiples interlocuteurs, vous savez évoluer dans des environnements projets dynamiques et exigeants.
