The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet de développement et d’évolution de véhicules blindés et prototypes industriels, nous recherchons un(e) Chaudronnier Prototype H/F prêt(e) à s'investir dans une aventure technique complète.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Réaliser des travaux de chaudronnerie sur des pièces et ensembles de véhicules blindés : usinage, soudure, pliage, perçage, ajustage et assemblage.
  • Fabriquer et adapter des pièces prototypes à partir de plans de fabrication.
  • Lire et interpréter les plans techniques afin de définir les solutions et processus de fabrication adaptés.
  • Participer ponctuellement aux opérations de montage et démontage de pièces sur véhicules.
  • Réaliser les opérations de soudage, brasage et travaux d’atelier sur des structures mécano-soudées.
  • Rédiger les fiches de travaux associées aux prestations réalisées.
  • Compléter les plans de contrôle afin de garantir la conformité des montages et la gestion de configuration des véhicules d’essais.
  • Rédiger les fiches de liaison permettant de tracer les non-conformités et écarts constatés et de formaliser les solutions techniques identifiées lors des phases de maquettage et d’intégration.

Profil

Vous disposez d’une expérience significative de 10 ans minimum en chaudronnerie prototype, idéalement acquise dans les secteurs de l’automobile, de la compétition automobile, du poids lourd, de la défense ou des véhicules spéciaux.

Vous disposez de solides connaissances en :

  • Mécanique de véhicules industriels.
  • Chaudronnerie prototype et fabrication de pièces techniques.
  • Soudage, brasage, pliage, perçage, ajustage et assemblage.
  • Lecture et interprétation de plans mécaniques.
  • Fabrication et assemblage de structures mécano-soudées.

Rigoureux(se), autonome et organisé(e), vous disposez d’un bon esprit d’analyse et appréciez le travail en équipe dans un environnement technique exigeant.

Une accréditation soudure blindage est obligatoire ainsi que le permis pontier.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
