Rattaché(e) au Responsable du bureau d'études, vous aurez la responsabilité de piloter, animer et fédérer une équipe d'environ 15 ingénieurs et techniciens calcul spécialisés dans les structures aéronautiques. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la garantie de la conformité réglementaire et la fiabilité des solutions techniques proposées à nos clients (DOA - Design Organisation Approval).

Votre activité s'articule autour de trois axes majeurs :

  1. Management et organisation : Encadrer et accompagner une équipe d'environ 15 collaborateurs dans la définition de leurs objectifs, le suivi quotidien de leur avancement et leur montée en compétences technique. Assurer la gestion opérationnelle des ressources (planification, charge/capacité) pour garantir le respect des délais et des engagements projets. Fédérer l'équipe autour des standards de qualité et des méthodes de l'entreprise.
  2. Pilotage technique et expertise HyperMesh : Superviser les stratégies de maillage et de modélisation complexe sous HyperMesh, en garantissant la qualité et la robustesse des modèles EF (Éléments Finis). Définir et valider les stratégies de justification structurelle (statique et fatigue) pour des équipements aéronautiques. Superviser la rédaction des livrables (notes de calcul, rapports de synthèse) et assurer la revue technique critique de la production de l'équipe. Développer des standards de modélisation sous HyperMesh afin d'optimiser la productivité et la fiabilité des calculs.
  3. Conformité et certification : Garantir la conformité technique aux exigences normatives et réglementaires aéronautiques (EASA/FAA). Apporter un soutien technique expert lors des audits ou des échanges avec les autorités de certification. Contribuer aux réponses aux appels d'offres en apportant votre expertise sur la faisabilité technique et le chiffrage des prestations d'ingénierie.

Profil

  • Formation : Diplôme d'Ingénieur (Bac+5) spécialisé en calcul de structure ou mécanique aéronautique.
  • Expérience : Expérience confirmée (minimum 7 à 10 ans) en calcul de structure aéronautique, incluant une expérience probante en management d'équipe (idéalement sur des effectifs de taille similaire).
  • Compétences techniques : Expertise avancée sur HyperMesh (maillage complexe, automatisation, gestion de grands assemblages). Maîtrise des solveurs associés (ex: Nastran). Solides connaissances en résistance des matériaux et calcul analytique. Compréhension approfondie des enjeux de certification (DOA).
  • Langues : Anglais technique courant (impératif pour la documentation et les échanges clients).
  • Soft Skills : Leadership naturel et capacité à gérer une équipe de 15 personnes dans un environnement exigeant. Excellent relationnel pour assurer l'interface entre l'équipe, les autres services et les clients. Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité de décision technique.
