The posting

Dans le cadre de nouveaux projets industriels en aménagements pour des cabines d'avion pour le compte de nos clients internationaux, nous recherchons un Chef de Programmes.

Vos missions, dans l'objectif de la satisfaction durable des clients et des normes en vigueur, seront

les suivantes :

  • Recueillir, analyser, chiffrer et répondre aux appels d'offres des clients
  • Participer à la négociation avec le client et au passage de la commande
  • Animer, piloter et coordonner les Business Units par les revues de projets et les jalons de projet
  • En cas d'utilisation de sous-traitants/prestataires, animer, piloter et coordonner les Business Units pour atteindre les objectifs fixés
  • Utiliser les outils de pilotage de Programmes (WBS/OBS/PBS/note de cadrage/....)
  • Réaliser le suivi de la performance Qualité/Coûts/Délais des Programmes/Projets qui vous seront confiés avec des KPI
  • Contribuer aux décisions techniques si nécessaire
  • Gérer et anticiper les risques et les aléas (techniques, financiers, planning, contractuels) des Programmes/Projets qui vous seront confiés
  • Alerter sa hiérarchie en cas de toute déviation aux obligations contractuelles
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié du client, tant sur le plan technique que commercial
  • Capitaliser de manière formalisée les expériences et enseignements de chaque projet.

Profil

  • Formation Bac +5 (généraliste, aéro, ou mécanique) avec 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets et milieu aéronautique
  • Anglais indispensable
  • Maitrise de Pack Office
  • Maitrise de MSProject serait un plus
