The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de programmes industriels stratégiques, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Projet Achats Industriels H/F pour piloter et coordonner l'ensemble des activités achats liées à des projets à forte valeur ajoutée technologique.

Véritable interface entre les équipes projets et les achats, vous êtes garant(e) de l'atteinte des objectifs en matière de qualité, coûts et délais.

Intégré(e) aux équipes projets, vous coordonnez les activités achats en vous appuyant sur les acheteurs familles et les différents acteurs du programme.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Définir et piloter le planning des activités achats du projet.
  • Assurer la coordination des acheteurs familles afin de garantir l'atteinte des objectifs Qualité, Coût et Délai (QCD).
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié entre les équipes projets et les équipes achats.
  • Préparer et animer les comités de sourcing.
  • Coordonner les consultations fournisseurs et suivre l'avancement des actions confiées aux acheteurs.
  • Piloter les budgets liés aux outillages et investissements fournisseurs.
  • Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance achats.
  • Organiser et animer les réunions d'avancement avec les parties prenantes du projet.
  • Préparer les reportings et présentations destinés aux directions projets et achats.
  • Déployer et animer le Plan Qualité Achats.
  • Garantir la performance économique des achats tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
  • Intégrer les contraintes réglementaires et de contrôle export dans le pilotage des activités achats.

Profil

De formation Bac+5 en Achats, Ingénierie, Supply Chain ou Management de Projet, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans les achats industriels et/ou la gestion de projets.

  • Expérience acquise dans un environnement exigeant : aéronautique, défense, automobile, ferroviaire ou industrie de haute technologie.
  • Bonne maîtrise des processus achats, de la relation fournisseurs et du pilotage de la performance.
  • Capacité à coordonner des équipes transverses dans un environnement complexe et multisites.
  • Anglais professionnel lu, écrit et parlé.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
