The posting

Dans le cadre du projet ERPing, déployé en 2022, nous recherchons un Consultant Support Fonctionnel pour accompagner les utilisateurs et assurer la qualité du support au sein de l’équipe mutualisée.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Répondre aux tickets de support ouverts par les utilisateurs via JIRA, principalement sur le module Timecard.
  • Participer à la surveillance et à la qualité des données, notamment les activités de pointage.
  • Rédiger des fiches techniques et des manuels utilisateurs.
  • Animer des formations et sessions de coaching sur l’application Planisware (modules PROJET, RESSOURCES, TIMECARD).
  • Apporter votre expertise technique et conseil sur l’outil Planisware dans le cadre du support et de l’administration.
  • Développer et mettre en place des rapports PowerBI, notamment pour le contrôle et l’analyse des données.

Profil

Vous êtes diplômé d’un bac+5 d’une école d’ingénieur ou d’une formation universitaire en informatique, systèmes d’information ou équivalent. Vous disposez d’une expérience significative de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine du support fonctionnel ERP.

Vous avez la connaissance des bases de la gestion de projet, des systèmes ERP ainsi que des processus métiers associés (planification, gestion des ressources, suivi des temps).

Vos compétences techniques comprennent les outils suivants : Planisware (modules PROJET, RESSOURCES, TIMECARD), Power BI pour le reporting, ainsi que les outils de gestion des tickets et de documentation technique.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
