The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet d’évolution et d’amélioration continue autour de l’environnement SAP ECC6, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant Chef de Projet SAP prêt(e) à s'investir dans une aventure technique complète.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Gestion de projets SAP : cadrage, expression des besoins, analyse d’impact, planification, animation d’ateliers, suivi des actions et reporting.
  • Coordination transverse entre équipes IT, métiers, support, maintenance et partenaires externes.
  • Pilotage des activités nearshore réalisées par l’équipe basée en Roumanie : organisation, affectation des projets, challenge des CDC, suivi de charge, arbitrage des priorités, contrôle qualité des livrables.
  • Relation utilisateurs : recueil des besoins, communication, arbitrages, accompagnement au changement, suivi de la satisfaction.
  • Suivi des incidents et évolutions : demandes, correctifs, petits projets.
  • Amélioration continue des méthodes, outils de suivi, gouvernance et documentation.
  • Mise à jour de la roadmap projet et activité, avec visibilité sur priorités, dépendances, risques et échéances.

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un bac+5 d’une école d’ingénieur ou de formation universitaire. Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée de 10 ans minimum en gestion de projets SAP ECC6 / SAP S/4.

Vous avez la connaissance des bases des modules FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/QM/PS/HR‑OM, du paramétrage SAP, du développement ABAP (reports, interfaces, BAPI, BADI, exits, IDoc, RFC), des workflows de validation et de la gestion des autorisations.

Vos compétences techniques comprennent les outils suivants : SAP ECC6, SAP Concur, 3D Experience, Yooz, Portail Jaegger, interfaces RH/Data Lake/Jira/ICP, SAP Bot, ainsi que les outils de planification et reporting.

Expérience du pilotage d’activités offshore/nearshore, idéalement avec une équipe basée en Roumanie. Autonomie, rigueur, sens du service, capacité de structuration, communication efficace et posture de chef de projet sont indispensables.
