The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet de transformation et de déploiement d’un nouvel ERP SAP S/4HANA, nous recherchons un Consultant SAP S/4HANA – AMOA Finance & Recette ERP prêt à s’investir dans une aventure technique complète.

Vous interviendrez comme interface entre les équipes Finance, le Contrôle de Gestion Contrats, les équipes IT et l’intégrateur afin de sécuriser la reprise des données, la recette fonctionnelle et le déploiement de la solution.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Recueillir, consolider et prioriser les besoins du Contrôle de Gestion Contrats.
  • Suivre les demandes relatives à la reprise et à la migration des données : contrats clients, stocks commerciaux, postes clients non soldés et données financières.
  • Garantir la bonne compréhension et la prise en compte des besoins métiers par les équipes projet et l’intégrateur.
  • Identifier les risques, retards et points de blocage, puis piloter les plans d’actions associés.
  • Concevoir les scénarios de recette et réaliser les tests fonctionnels sur les solutions livrées.
  • Identifier, qualifier et suivre les anomalies jusqu’à leur résolution, puis assurer les re-tests et la validation finale.
  • Participer aux ateliers projet, aux réunions de suivi, aux points avec les Key Users et aux phases d’UAT.
  • Accompagner la formation des utilisateurs et contribuer à la documentation des processus, besoins, décisions et résultats de recette.
  • Assurer la coordination des flux transverses entre les différents modules de SAP S/4HANA, notamment : SAP FI : comptabilité générale, clients et traitements financiers ; SAP CO : contrôle de gestion, suivi des coûts et analyse de la performance ; SAP SD : gestion des contrats clients, ADV, facturation et chiffre d’affaires ; SAP MM : gestion des stocks, données articles et flux d’approvisionnement ; Interfaces entre les modules FI/CO, SD et MM dans le cadre des processus Order-to-Cash et de la reconnaissance du chiffre d’affaires à l’avancement.

Profil

Vous êtes diplômé d’un Bac+5 en finance, contrôle de gestion, systèmes d’information ou d’une formation universitaire équivalente.

Vous disposez d’une expérience significative de 5 ans minimum dans la mise en œuvre ou le déploiement de projets SAP S/4HANA, idéalement sur des missions d’AMOA, de coordination métier et de recette fonctionnelle.

Vous maîtrisez les principales transactions et les flux fonctionnels des modules SAP FI/CO, SD et MM, ainsi que leurs interactions.

Vous possédez une expérience confirmée en conception et exécution de tests, suivi d’anomalies, UAT, reprise et migration de données.

Une bonne connaissance des processus ADV, de la gestion des contrats, du contrôle de gestion et de la reconnaissance du chiffre d’affaires à l’avancement est attendue.

Vous maîtrisez Excel pour l’analyse, le contrôle et la consolidation de données, ainsi que les méthodes et outils de gestion de projet.

Rigueur, autonomie, esprit de synthèse et capacité à coordonner et challenger différents interlocuteurs seront indispensables pour réussir cette mission.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
