The posting

Directement rattaché(e) au management des opérations, le coordinateur de performance industrielle pilote de manière transverse l’ensemble des métiers opérationnels du site.

Véritable pivot stratégique et opérationnel, vous êtes le/la garant(e) de la fiabilité des livraisons client (OTD ) dans le respect strict des engagements contractuels. Vous assurez la coordination entre le site local, le site Indien, le département Programme et les clients.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

1 - Pilotage des Opérations & Performance OTD :

  • Coordination interne : Orchestrer l'action des équipes de l'usine pour répondre aux besoins du programme et animer les réunions hebdomadaires du suivi du plan de production
  • Suivi & Maîtrise OTD : Consolider la planification des livraisons et piloter l'ensemble de la chaîne logistique (de la résolution des manquants jusqu’à la livraison finale).
  • Gestion Multi-sites : Harmoniser le process entre le site local et le site en Inde, puis communiquer cette vision consolidée au client et au programme.
  • Gestion des risques & Litiges

2 - Gestion de la Relation Client

  • Analyse & Chargement des commandes : Analyser le carnet de commandes client (par rapport aux contrats et à la planification) et s'assurer de son intégration dans l'ERP.
  • Transparence & Négociation OTD : Informer le client sur les retards ou manquants, et négocier l'ajustement des dates de livraison OTD
  • Suivi des Travaux Restants : Négocier et suivre les livraisons intégrant des travaux à finaliser.
  • Engagements usine : Veiller au respect des engagements contractuels et logistiques

3 - Interface & Communication Programme / Direction

  • Représentation usine : Porter la voix de l'usine au sein du Programme.
  • Alerte & Gestion des risques : Signaler immédiatement au Responsable Programme et au Directeur d’Usine tout risque d'impact sur l'OTD ou sur les coûts.
  • Suivi financier : Analyser et présenter le suivi des dépenses récurrentes à la direction.

Profil

  • Formation & Expérience : De formation Bac+5 (Ingénieur ou Master spécialisé en Supply Chain / Management Industriel), vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire en milieu industriel exigeant (Aéronautique, Automobile, Défense...).
  • Compétences Techniques & Métier : Excellente maîtrise du pilotage opérationnel à court terme et du fonctionnement d'un ERP. Maîtrise de la gestion des délais de livraison (OTD), du suivi des flux et de la relation client. Pratique de l'anglais courant indispensable (échanges quotidiens avec l'Inde et clients internationaux).
  • Qualités Personnelles & Relationnelles : Leadership, diplomatie et esprit d’équipe. Résilience, réactivité et capacité d'arbitrage face aux aléas. Aisance relationnelle, gestion proactive des risques et excellente communication.
