The posting

Dans le cadre d'un projet industriel d'envergure au sein d'un acteur majeur du secteur automobile, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Supply Chain / Coordinateur(trice) Client prêt(e) à s'investir dans une aventure opérationnelle complète au cœur des flux logistiques et de la relation client.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Opérations, vous assurez la gestion des flux de livraison clients, pilotez les activités Supply Chain associées et contribuez à la performance globale de la chaîne logistique dans un environnement international exigeant.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Piloter les flux clients en assurant l'import et l'analyse des commandes et données EDI via l'ERP QAD, ainsi que l'élaboration et le suivi du Plan Directeur de Production (PDP/MPS).
  • Assurer la coordination quotidienne avec les clients, transporteurs, fournisseurs et équipes internes afin de garantir le respect des engagements de livraison et d'anticiper les évolutions de la demande.
  • Participer aux projets de lancement de nouveaux produits, définir les protocoles logistiques et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration continue à travers le suivi des indicateurs de performance.

Vous serez également en charge de la gestion des transports, du suivi budgétaire associé, du traitement des réclamations clients et de l'activité pièces de rechange (Spare Parts).

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 en Supply Chain, Logistique, Génie Industriel ou équivalent d'une école d'ingénieur ou de formation universitaire.

Vous disposez d'une expérience significative de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans le domaine de la Supply Chain, de la logistique industrielle ou de la gestion de flux clients, idéalement dans l'industrie automobile.

Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des bases de :

  • La gestion des flux logistiques industriels
  • La planification de production (PDP/MPS)
  • La gestion de la relation client
  • L'amélioration continue et la résolution de problèmes

Vos compétences techniques comprennent les outils suivants :

  • ERP SAP ou QAD
  • EDI
  • Microsoft Office (Excel avancé apprécié)
  • Méthodes de résolution de problèmes : 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa
  • Anglais professionnel courant (niveau C1)

Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre capacité d'analyse et votre aptitude à travailler dans un environnement international exigeant.
