Contexte de la mission

Dans le cadre d'un vaste programme stratégique de rationalisation des outils de gestion du recouvrement et du contentieux, nous recherchons un Développeur Full Stack / Expert Java & Kafka (H/F) pour intégrer une équipe Agile pluridisciplinaire.

L'objectif principal est d'unifier la vision client multi-produits et de moderniser l'interfaçage de l'outil central de gestion (Ligis) avec l'ensemble du système d'information.

Vos missions

Au sein d'une équipe Agile SAFe, vous participerez activement à la modernisation du SI et à l'intégration des flux de données :

  • Architecture & Développements : Concevoir et maintenir les interfaces d'APIs et les flux d'événements Kafka entre l'outil central (Ligis) et les référentiels producteurs (RET, BCP). Automatiser la création des procédures collectives par la consommation des flux d'événements BODACC. Développer le composant de médiation entre les zones de partage de fichiers et la couche événementielle. Mettre en place un système de notifications utilisateurs basé sur les événements applicatifs.
  • Workflows & Paramétrage : Configurer et adapter les workflows métier sur le périmètre du financement à court terme via un moteur BPMN (Camunda). Mettre à jour le paramétrage des événements Kafka.
  • Vie de l'équipe : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Business Analysts et le Tech Lead. Participer aux cérémonies Agiles SAFe (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review) suivies sous Jira.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques indispensables :

  • Expertise Java & Spring Boot : Maîtrise de Java 21+ et de l'écosystème Spring Boot.
  • Écosystème Event-Driven : Excellente maîtrise d'Apache Kafka (Confluent).
  • Workflows BPMN : Très bonne pratique d'un moteur de workflow (Camunda).
  • Environnement & DevOps : Applications conteneurisées, AWS, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Datadog.
  • Architecture : Solide expérience sur les architectures microservices et API REST.

Les atouts appréciés :

  • Expérience métier confirmée dans le secteur bancaire ou financier (gestion des impayés, Recouvrement, Contentieux, Amiable).
  • Connaissance des outils ou progiciels Ligis ou Cassiopae.
  • Appétence pour les outils d'IA (Agents, Skills).
  • Pratique avérée de la méthodologie SAFe.
