The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités d'ingénierie, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Calculs Éléments Finis et Durabilité H/F capable de piloter des études de simulation numérique, d'analyser le comportement des structures mécaniques et de contribuer à l'amélioration des méthodologies de calcul.

Rattaché(e) aux équipes d'ingénierie mécanique, vous intervenez sur des projets de développement produits en assurant la réalisation et le pilotage des analyses numériques liées à la tenue mécanique, vibratoire et à la durabilité des structures.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Piloter la mise en place et le déploiement des méthodologies de roulage numérique.
  • Réaliser des simulations par éléments finis et analyser les résultats obtenus.
  • Produire les rapports d'études et notes de calcul associés.
  • Accompagner les équipes de conception dans l'optimisation et l'amélioration des solutions techniques.
  • Assurer le suivi technique des études réalisées en interne et en sous-traitance.
  • Participer aux échanges techniques avec les partenaires et parties prenantes du projet.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes et outils de calcul.
  • Assurer le reporting et le suivi de l'avancement des activités.

Profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+5 Ingénieur ou Master universitaire à dominante mécanique, calcul de structures ou simulation numérique.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience minimum de 5 ans sur un poste similaire en calculs mécaniques, éléments finis ou dimensionnement de structures.

Une expérience dans le secteur du véhicule, de l'automobile, de la défense ou de l'aéronautique constitue un véritable atout.

Une thèse orientée comportement dynamique des structures, analyses vibratoires ou simulations numériques appliquées à l'industrie sera particulièrement appréciée.

Vous maîtrisez :

  • Les calculs par éléments finis statiques, dynamiques et vibratoires.
  • Les analyses de fatigue et de durabilité.
  • Le dimensionnement mécanique et la résistance des matériaux.
  • Les solveurs Nastran, Optistruct et Radioss.
  • Les outils de pré/post-traitement tels qu'ANSA et la suite HyperWorks.
  • Les principes de conception mécanique et le comportement des structures.

Reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre capacité d'analyse, vous disposez également d'excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et appréciez le travail en équipe dans un environnement multi-projets.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
