Missions

Dans le cadre du développement de la Business Unit Sud, nous recrutons, pour notre agence de Mérignac un(e) Ingénieur(e) Commercial(e) H/F.

Acteur reconnu dans les prestations d'ingénierie (conception, calcul, industrialisation, support a la production), nous accompagnons nos clients avec des solutions sur mesure, à forte valeur ajoutée, en nous appuyant sur l’expertise de nos équipes et une culture orientée performance, innovation et service client.

Rattaché(e) directement au Directeur de BU, vous êtes un acteur clé du développement de nos activités d’ingénierie. Votre rôle est clair : ouvrir des portes, créer des opportunités et transformer le business.

Véritable développeur(se), vous identifiez les marchés et comptes stratégiques, approchez les bons décideurs et provoquez les rendez-vous à fort enjeu.

Vous pilotez l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de la détection des opportunités jusqu’à la négociation et la signature des contrats, en vous appuyant sur une collaboration étroite avec les équipes techniques pour construire des offres différenciantes et à forte valeur ajoutée.

Présent(e) sur le terrain, vous contribuez directement à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires, à la rentabilité de l’activité et au rayonnement de l’entreprise sur ses marchés

Profil

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure de type Bac +5 (école de commerce ou d’ingénieur), vous justifiez de minimum 3 ans d’expérience réussie dans le développement commercial BtoB, idéalement acquise dans la prestation de services en environnement ingénierie ou industriel. Une connaissance des métiers du domaine de l'électronique constituera un véritable atout.

Vous avez démontré votre capacité à ouvrir de nouveaux comptes, à activer et développer un réseau professionnel existant, et à mener des cycles de vente complexes jusqu’au closing. Doté(e) d’un véritable tempérament de chasseur, vous aimez le challenge, la prospection et la négociation à fort enjeu.

Orienté(e) résultats, vous savez travailler en autonomie tout en vous inscrivant dans une dynamique collective. Votre aisance relationnelle vous permet d’interagir avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau et de construire des relations commerciales durables.

Entrepreneur(se) dans l’âme, vous avez envie de vous investir dans une structure à taille humaine, où votre performance, vos idées et votre engagement auront un impact direct sur la croissance de l’entreprise.
