The posting

Pour renforcer l'équipe 3MC (Matériaux Métalliques, Membranes et Corrosion) d'un grand groupe d'ingénierie navale et d'énergie propre, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Matériaux Métalliques spécialisé(e) dans l'homologation de composants et la maîtrise des procédés de déformation à froid.

Vous serez l'interface technique clé entre les équipes R&D/Projets internes, les laboratoires de caractérisation et le panel de fournisseurs mondiaux de matières et composants métalliques.

Vos missions principales :

  • Homologation fournisseurs & composants : Piloter la qualification industrielle des nouveaux fournisseurs de tôles, membranes et composants métalliques.
  • Validation des procédés de fabrication : Analyser et valider les protocoles de production industrielles, les moyens d'inspection et les outillages de mise en forme (emboutissage, pliage, découpage).
  • Suivi & Caractérisation : Définir et suivre les campagnes d'essais mécaniques et de caractérisation métallique. Analyser les défauts de mise en forme et de corrosion.
  • Spécifications techniques : Définir, faire évoluer et mettre à jour le référentiel technique et les cahiers des charges internes.
  • Support R&I & Capitalisation : Identifier les besoins en nouveaux alliages/composants pour les projets d'innovation et rédiger les rapports d'homologation et fiches de capitalisation.

Profil recherché (Critères obligatoires) :

  • Formation : Diplôme d'Ingénieur (Bac+5) en Matériaux, Mécanique, Métallurgie ou Génie Industriel.
  • Expérience : 2 à 3 ans d'expérience obligatoire en environnement industriel (automobile, aéronautique, tôlerie fine, électroménager ou équipementier métallique).
  • Procédés : Expérience confirmée et indispensable sur les procédés de mise en forme de tôle (Emboutissage, Pliage, Découpage, Outillages).
  • Métrologie & Qualité : Bonne maîtrise de la caractérisation métallurgique (MEB, microdureté, traction, analyse de défaillance) et des outils qualité (plans d'expériences DoE, suivi de non-conformités).
  • Méthodes / Industrialisation : Idéalement une première expérience en Bureau des Méthodes Mécanique ou Suivi d'industrialisation en moyenne/grande série.
  • Langues : Anglais professionnel courant (échanges et documentation technique réguliers avec des fournisseurs internationaux).
