Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Conception Outillages pour rejoindre nos équipes.

Au cœur des projets, vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du cycle de conception d’outillages :

  • Analyse du besoin et rédaction des cahiers des charges
  • Conception d’outillages (fonctionnalité, architecture, organisation)
  • Pilotage des phases d’intégration, de validation et de déploiement sur votre périmètre
  • Interface opérationnelle avec le client
  • Réalisation des études mécaniques
  • Respect des exigences, de la qualité, de la performance et de la conformité des solutions développées
  • Collaboration avec les équipes projets et suivi des réalisations
  • Accompagnement de la montée en compétences des équipes (partage de connaissances, support technique)

Profil

Issu(e) d’une formation d’ingénieur en mécanique ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 ans en conception dans le domaine des outillages ou dans un environnement industriel exigeant. Au fil de vos expériences, vous avez développé de solides compétences en mécanique générale, en conception et en dimensionnement, qui vous permettent d’aborder des problématiques techniques complexes avec méthode et pertinence.

Vous maîtrisez les outils de conception, notamment CATIA V5, et êtes à l’aise avec la réalisation de mises en plan complètes (ensembles, détails, nomenclatures). Vous possédez également de bonnes bases en dimensionnement mécanique, notamment en résistance des matériaux (RDM), et êtes en capacité de produire ou d’exploiter des notes de calcul. La maîtrise des cotations fonctionnelles (ISO GPS) ainsi que la lecture et l’interprétation de documents techniques (plans, CAO, procédés) font partie de votre quotidien. Des connaissances sur des outils comme 3DEXPERIENCE, SolidWorks ou des logiciels de calcul constituent un plus.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens du détail et votre capacité à structurer vos analyses. Vous savez comprendre un besoin, proposer des solutions adaptées et faire des choix techniques pertinents en tenant compte des contraintes projet. Votre aisance relationnelle vous permet d’interagir efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs, en interne comme avec les clients.

Curieux(se) et impliqué(e), vous faites preuve de proactivité et aimez contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et des solutions. Votre capacité à vous adapter, à prioriser et à évoluer dans des environnements exigeants fait de vous un(e) professionnel(le) fiable, engagé(e) et moteur au sein des équipes.

Enfin, vous êtes à l’aise avec la rédaction technique et disposez d’un niveau d’anglais vous permettant d’évoluer dans un environnement technique international.
