The posting

Dans le cadre de projets d'envergure liés à la décarbonation du transport maritime (réduction des émissions NOx, SOx, CO2) et à la chaîne de valeur du GNL, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Process Senior / Specialist Cryogénie.

Vous évoluerez au cœur d'études procédés complexes couvrant aussi bien les infrastructures terrestres (réservoirs, GBS) que maritimes (LNGC, FSRU, FLNG, navires propulsés au GNL).

Vos Missions Principales :

1. Expertise Technique & Études Process

  • Modélisation & Bilans : Réaliser les bilans matières et énergie ainsi que la simulation des procédés (HYSYS, AFT Fathom/Arrow).
  • Gestion du Boil-Off Gas (BOG) & Cryogénie : Effectuer les calculs thermiques d'isolation des cuves, traiter la gestion du BOG et analyser la faisabilité des transferts de GNL (STS, bunkering).
  • Dimensionnement : Dimensionner les réseaux de tuyauteries (liquide/gaz), les équipements principaux (machines tournantes) et les organes de sécurité (PSV/BDV selon normes API).
  • Livrables : Élaborer les diagrammes process (PFD, PID avec boucles de régulation), les spécifications d'instrumentation et les procédures opérationnelles (cool-down, inertage, commissioning/decommissioning).

2. Support Opérationnel & Chantier

  • Répondre aux sollicitations techniques (Technical Queries) émanant des chantiers navals, armateurs et opérateurs.
  • Participer activement à la résolution de dysfonctionnements techniques en phase projet ou exploitation.

3. Coordination & Pilotage d'Ingénierie

  • Piloter et coordonner les activités Process du projet (interne, sous-traitance et relation client).
  • Définir le périmètre (scope), établir le chiffrage d'heures et suivre le planning de livraison.
  • Animer et/ou participer aux revues de conception et analyses de risques (HAZID, HAZOP).
  • Assurer le contrôle qualité et la validation (checking) de la liasse documentaire Process.

Profil Recherché

  • Formation : Diplôme d'Ingénieur en Génie des Procédés, Thermique ou Énergie.
  • Expérience : Minimum 5 à 8 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire en ingénierie Oil & Gas / Gaz liquéfiés.
  • Compétences clés : Maîtrise avancée de Aspen HYSYS, AFT Fathom et AFT Arrow. Solides connaissances en cryogénie (GNL), thermodynamique et mécanique des fluides. Pratique établie des réglementations maritimes et normes industrielles (API, NFPA, sociétés de classification). Expérience confirmée en animation/participation aux sessions HAZOP.
  • Langues : Anglais courant obligatoire (environnement international).
