Chez ECM, nous accompagnons les acteurs majeurs des industries de pointe dans l’optimisation de leur performance globale. En rejoignant nos équipes, vous intégrerez des projets industriels exigeants et participerez activement à la modernisation d'outils de production au sein de secteurs de haute technologie.

Rattaché(e) aux équipes ingénierie de production, votre rôle sera d'assurer l'industrialisation de produits complexes en optimisant la fabricabilité dès le Bureau d'Études. Vous aurez un impact direct sur la performance industrielle de nos clients (PME, Grands Groupes, Start-ups).

Vos responsabilités principales sont :

  • Pilotage de projet & MFT : Prendre en charge le pilotage des transferts industriels et le démarrage de nouvelles lignes de production en série.
  • Analyse et optimisation : Réaliser les analyses de risques industriels (AMDEC) et mener des actions d'optimisation des coûts de production.
  • Gestion des méthodes : Élaborer et valider les dossiers de fabrication (fiches d'instructions, gammes, STL) pour répondre aux audits réglementaires les plus exigeants.
  • Amélioration continue : Déployer les outils du Lean Manufacturing (5S, SMED, Kaizen) pour optimiser les flux existants, réduire les taux de rebut et améliorer la répétabilité.
  • Interface stratégique : Assurer la gestion de configuration sous ERP et piloter la relation avec les prestataires et fournisseurs clés.

Profil

De formation Bac+5 (École d'Ingénieur ou Master Universitaire) spécialisée en Génie Industriel, Mécanique ou Production, vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée de 5 à 10 ans en Bureau d'Études et en Production, ce qui vous donne une vision globale du cycle de vie d'un produit.

  • Compétences techniques : Vous maîtrisez la lecture de plans et possédez une connaissance approfondie des procédés de fabrication (injection, usinage...).
  • Savoir-être : Doté(e) d'un leadership naturel et d'une forte capacité de négociation, votre agilité technique vous permet de dialoguer aussi bien avec des ingénieurs concepteurs qu'avec des chefs d'atelier ou des Directeurs Industriels.
