The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur aéronautique, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Méthodes Aéronautique afin d'accompagner nos clients dans l'optimisation et l'industrialisation de leurs processus de production.

Rattaché(e) au service Méthodes Industrielles, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle d'industrialisation des produits aéronautiques et contribuez à l'amélioration continue des performances industrielles.

Vos missions

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les processus de fabrication et d'assemblage.
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les dossiers de fabrication, gammes et instructions de travail.
  • Participer à l'industrialisation de nouveaux produits et aux transferts industriels.
  • Optimiser les temps de fabrication et les flux de production.
  • Analyser les non-conformités et mettre en place les actions correctives.
  • Piloter ou participer aux projets d'amélioration continue (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).
  • Assurer le support technique aux équipes de production.
  • Collaborer avec les bureaux d'études, la qualité, les achats et la supply chain.
  • Garantir le respect des exigences qualité, coûts et délais.

Profil recherché

  • Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou d'un Master spécialisé en génie industriel, mécanique ou aéronautique.
  • Expérience de 2 à 10 ans minimum en méthodes industrielles dans l'environnement aéronautique.
  • Bonne connaissance des procédés de fabrication, assemblage et industrialisation.
  • Maîtrise des outils d'amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Connaissance des normes et exigences qualité du secteur aéronautique (EN9100).
  • Maîtrise des outils CAO et des logiciels de gestion de production appréciée.
  • Anglais technique requis.
