The posting

Nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) en systèmes avioniques pour soutenir le développement, les essais, la certification, la production ainsi que le support en service pour notre gamme d'avions d'affaires.

Vos missions :

  • Soutenir l'intégration des systèmes clés de l'appareil : Pilote automatique / Commandes de vol automatisées (AFCS - ATA 22) Systèmes de communication (Communication - ATA 23) Systèmes de navigation et affichage (Navigation - ATA 34) Systèmes d'enregistrement, d'information et de maintenance (Recording systems - ATA 31)
  • Définir et gérer les exigences des systèmes et sous-systèmes afin de respecter les objectifs de sécurité, de certification et de conception de l'aéronef.
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs de systèmes, les partenaires d'interface et les équipes multidisciplinaires pour assurer une intégration fluide et la conformité réglementaire.
  • Assister ou participer à des essais de certification clés, des inspections et des audits.
  • Examiner et approuver les rapports de conformité conformément aux plans de certification établis.
  • Garantir le maintien de la navigabilité des systèmes avioniques selon les réglementations et guides applicables.
  • Approuver et recommander les plans de certification afin de sécuriser l'acceptation des moyens et méthodes de conformité par les autorités réglementaires.
  • Apporter un support technique à la ligne d'assemblage final (FAL) ainsi qu'aux avions en service pour résoudre et clôturer les problématiques liées à la conception.
  • Participer au développement et au déploiement d'outils et de processus visant à atteindre les objectifs de l'organisation.

PROFIL :

  • Diplôme universitaire en génie électrique, électronique, logiciel, aérospatial ou équivalent.
  • Statut de délégué ou candidat au statut de délégué (DAD/DAR) fortement privilégié, en accord avec les exigences de délégation de pouvoir du Manuel de navigabilité (AWM 505) de Transports Canada.
  • Familiarité et expérience de travail avec les autorités de certification (TCCA, EASA ou FAA).
  • Excellente connaissance de la réglementation avionique FAR Part 25 et des documents consultatifs RTCA/ARP pour la certification auprès de la TCCA, de l'EASA et de la FAA.
  • Solide expérience en conception, essais et certification des systèmes de vol automatique (ATA 22), communication (ATA 23), navigation/FMS (ATA 34), et systèmes d'affichage/enregistrement/maintenance (ATA 31).
  • Connaissance ou expérience des architectures d'Avionique Modulaire Intégrée (IMA).
  • Maîtrise des standards et normes de l'industrie : DO-178, DO-160, DO-254, ARP4754 et ARP4761.
  • Fortes compétences en communication réglementaire et technique (anglais indispensable).
  • Excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes, de planification et de gestion des priorités.
  • Aptitude marquée pour le travail d'équipe et flexibilité pour des déplacements professionnels.
