The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur aéronautique, nous recherchons un(e) Inspecteur(trice) Qualité Pièces Élémentaires pour intervenir au sein d’un environnement industriel exigeant.

Vous assurez le contrôle et la conformité des pièces élémentaires tout au long du processus de fabrication, dans le respect des exigences qualité, des spécifications techniques et des standards aéronautiques.

Voici vos missions principales :

  • Réaliser les opérations de contrôle qualité sur les pièces élémentaires aéronautiques.
  • Vérifier la conformité des pièces par rapport aux plans, spécifications, gammes et exigences applicables.
  • Effectuer les contrôles dimensionnels, visuels et documentaires nécessaires.
  • Utiliser les moyens de contrôle adaptés à la nature des pièces et aux exigences du dossier industriel.
  • Identifier, caractériser et documenter les éventuelles non-conformités.
  • Assurer la traçabilité des contrôles et renseigner les documents qualité associés.
  • Participer au traitement et au suivi des anomalies et contribuer à la mise en œuvre des actions correctives.
  • Échanger avec les équipes de production, méthodes, industrialisation et qualité afin de sécuriser la conformité des pièces.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures, instructions de travail et exigences liées au secteur aéronautique.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de contrôle et de la performance qualité.

Profil

  • Formation & expérience : Formation technique ou qualité de niveau Bac à Bac+3, avec idéalement une première expérience dans le contrôle qualité industriel, mécanique ou aéronautique.
  • Compétences techniques : Bonne compréhension de la lecture de plans et des documents techniques. Des connaissances en métrologie et en contrôle dimensionnel sont appréciées.
  • Environnement industriel : Une expérience dans le secteur aéronautique, spatial, défense ou dans un environnement industriel à fortes exigences qualité serait un plus.
  • Qualités personnelles : Rigueur, précision, esprit d'analyse, autonomie et sens du travail en équipe.
  • Outils : Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes de gestion documentaire ou qualité.
  • Langues : La maîtrise de l’anglais technique est un plus.
