The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur automobile, nous recherchons un(e) Leader Ingénierie Logicielle H/F capable de définir, développer et déployer la chaîne outillée associée au pilotage des systèmes, logiciels embarqués et calculateurs ECU.

Rattaché(e) aux équipes d’Ingénierie, vous intervenez à l’interface entre les métiers systèmes, logiciels et informatique afin de construire une solution cohérente, sécurisée et adaptée aux processus de développement automobile.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Analyser les besoins métiers et définir les cas d’usage de la chaîne outillée.
  • Définir l’architecture fonctionnelle et technique de la solution ainsi que ses interfaces avec l’environnement informatique existant.
  • Développer et intégrer les outils nécessaires : scripts, automatisations, bases de données, interfaces, API, connecteurs et tableaux de bord.
  • Structurer la gestion de configuration logicielle sous GitLab : dépôts, branches, versions, baselines, droits d’accès et traçabilité.
  • Mettre en place les outils de contrôle de cohérence, de consolidation des données et de suivi des indicateurs.
  • Organiser les échanges de données d’ingénierie avec les différents métiers et partenaires.
  • Piloter le déploiement des solutions et accompagner les utilisateurs dans leur prise en main.
  • Assurer le suivi des anomalies et contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la chaîne outillée.

Profil

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+5 Ingénieur avec une spécialisation en informatique, génie logiciel, systèmes embarqués, informatique industrielle ou ingénierie système.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans le développement, l’intégration ou le déploiement de solutions logicielles et de chaînes outillées, idéalement dans le secteur automobile ou dans un environnement industriel complexe.

Vous disposez de solides compétences en :

  • Développement de scripts, automatisation, API, bases de données et interfaces.
  • Gestion de configuration, versioning, baselines et utilisation de GitLab.
  • Environnements systèmes, logiciels embarqués et calculateurs ECU.
  • Gestion des exigences, traçabilité et processus de développement logiciel.

Une connaissance des processus de développement automobile, des plans de validation et du pilotage Qualité, Coûts, Délais et Performance (QCDP) constitue un véritable atout.

Vous maîtrisez l’anglais dans un environnement professionnel.

Autonome, structuré(e) et doté(e) d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, vous appréciez le travail transverse et savez accompagner différents métiers dans le déploiement de nouveaux outils et processus.
