The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Leader Mécanique Outillage H/F afin de piloter les études mécaniques et d'accompagner les équipes dans la réalisation de projets techniques.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Bureau d'Études, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des équipes projet et participez à la coordination des activités de conception tout en apportant votre expertise technique.

A ce titre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Piloter les études de conception d'outillages et d'équipements mécaniques.
  • Répartir et coordonner les activités techniques au sein de l'équipe.
  • Participer aux choix d'architecture et de solutions techniques.
  • Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des projets et le respect des délais.
  • Accompagner les concepteurs et projeteurs sur les sujets techniques complexes.
  • Participer aux échanges clients et aux réunions de pilotage projet.
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables techniques.

Profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+5 Ingénieur Mécanique ou d'une formation technique complétée par une solide expérience terrain.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 à 10 ans minimum en conception mécanique, avec une expérience significative dans les outillages, machines spéciales ou équipements industriels.

Vous disposez idéalement :

  • D'une expérience en coordination technique ou management fonctionnel.
  • D'une bonne culture projet.
  • D'une forte capacité à fédérer les équipes.
  • D'un solide bagage en conception mécanique.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité à prendre des décisions techniques.

Ce poste nécessite l'habilitation française.
