The posting

Dans le cadre du déploiement d’une unité majeure de production d’hydrogène renouvelable, nous recherchons un LOTO Specialist / Supervisor H/F.

Rattaché(e) aux équipes Projet et HSE, vous jouerez un rôle clé lors des phases critiques de pré-commissioning et commissioning sur un chantier industriel d'envergure internationale.

Vos missions

Au cœur du terrain, vous garantissez la maîtrise des énergies et la sécurité des intervenants :

  • Pilotage LOTO : Organiser, superviser et contrôler l’ensemble des opérations de consignation / déconsignation (Lock Out / Tag Out) et valider l’état zéro énergie.
  • Dossiers d’isolement : Préparer, vérifier et suivre les dossiers d’isolement, le balisage et les frontières de sécurité.
  • Supervision multi-technique : Intervenir sur les périmètres piping, instrumentation et électricité (BT/MT).
  • Contrôle HSE & PTW : Réaliser les audits LOTO, délivrer et contrôler les permis de travail (Permit to Work).
  • Suivi sous-traitants : Encadrer et piloter les entreprises intervenantes sur le terrain dans le respect des standards de sécurité et de qualité du projet.
  • Support au démarrage : Participer activement aux line walks, loop-checks, opérations de troubleshooting et activités de pré-commissioning / commissioning.

Profil recherché

  • Formation & Expérience : De formation technique, vous justifiez d'au moins 8 ans d'expérience terrain en environnement industriel (Oil & Gas, gaz industriels, chimie, énergie).
  • Expertise métier : Pratique confirmée de la consignation industrielle (LOTO), de la gestion des permis de travail (PTW) et des phases de pré-commissioning/commissioning.
  • Compétences techniques : Solides connaissances transversales en tuyauterie (piping), instrumentation et électricité BT/MT.
  • Savoir-être : Rigueur absolue, fermeté pédagogique sur la sécurité, leadership terrain et aisance dans la gestion des sous-traitants. Une expérience sur un site d'un grand industriel (ex: Air Liquide) est un plus.
  • Langues : Anglais bilingue / courant impératif (environnement projet international).
