The posting

Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos activités dans le secteur de la défense, nous recherchons un(e) Pilote Commission de Gestion de Configuration (CGC) H/F capable de coordonner les évolutions techniques, d'assurer le suivi des modifications produit et de garantir la cohérence des configurations tout au long des projets.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction R&D, vous jouez un rôle central dans le pilotage de la gestion de configuration en collaboration avec les équipes projets, les métiers techniques et les responsables programmes.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Piloter et animer la Commission de Gestion de Configuration (CGC).
  • Assurer le suivi et la priorisation des demandes de modification (ECR).
  • Coordonner les différents contributeurs afin de garantir le respect des délais et des jalons projet.
  • Organiser et animer les réunions de gestion de configuration.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et assurer le reporting auprès des équipes projet et du management.
  • Garantir la bonne mise à jour des données dans les outils PLM et de gestion de configuration.
  • Piloter la mise à jour des configurations applicables et des nomenclatures produit.
  • Vérifier la conformité et la validation des évolutions techniques avant leur intégration.
  • Identifier les risques, proposer des plans d'actions et accompagner leur mise en œuvre.
  • Produire les synthèses d'avancement et assurer la communication auprès des différentes parties prenantes.

Profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+5 Ingénieur en génie industriel, mécanique, management de projet ou équivalent.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum, idéalement acquise dans les secteurs de la défense, de l'automobile, de l'aéronautique ou dans un environnement industriel complexe.

Vous disposez de solides compétences en :

  • Gestion de configuration.
  • Pilotage de modifications techniques (ECR / OM).
  • Gestion de projet et coordination transverse.
  • Outils PLM et gestion de données techniques.
  • Analyse d'indicateurs et reporting.

Reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre capacité d'organisation et votre aisance relationnelle, vous êtes capable de fédérer différents interlocuteurs et de piloter efficacement des sujets techniques à fort enjeu.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
